Euro 4 Jun 09 1:00 No updates

More detailed information on Signals delivery examples, please read here.

Q. I have visited the trading signals update page and nothing has changed, what does this mean?
A. Signals are updated (signals updated are sent) only at defined time. At specified time we update our positions. Sometimes we do not make any trades during updates and we place a "No updates" message. Please note: trades are note made every update.

Q. What is the difference between Euro and Pound?
A. Euro is a EUR/USD forex signal and Pound is GBP/USD signal forex. Signals are independent and you can trade either one of them or both.

Q. I do not want all of the signals, what should I do?
A. You can subscribe to any signal . All Signalator signals are independent from each other and traded separately.

Visit Signalator forex signals page and Performance page to decide which signals best fit your needs.

Q. What level of Stop Loss and Take Profit I have to place?
A. To get the same results with us you have to place Stop Loss and Take Profit levels exactly the same as we do. If want to be a little bit more confident place 2 pips below Take Profit and Stop Loss levels as various dealing companies use different data.

Q. What currency prices Signalator uses for trading?
A. Long trades: When we open a trade we use "Ask" price + 4 pips spread so that you can execute trade the same level with us or even better. When we close a long position (Stop Loss / Take Profit levels or by market) we use a Bid price.

Short trades: when we open a new trade we sell at "Bid" price. When we close a trade by SL (Stop Loss) / TP (Take Profit) or by market order we use "Ask" prices and add 3 pips for closing in case of market closure.

Q. Do I have to wait the same price for entering as yours?
A. No! As soon as you receive a signal you have to make a trade. Opening price indicates the price we have entered the market. In most cases our clients knowing when a new signal comes out execute our signals within +/- 4 pips from our prices. You should place the same SL and TP levels to trade with us.

Q. I received neither Email nor SMS signal but when I check a website I find that trade was made, why?
A. When we send our signals we send it to HTML (Personal Page), Email and SMS (if subscribed).
We guarantee delivery of signals to HTML only. Email and SMS signals may not be delivered for some reason. To be sure you are receiving our signals please check your signals on the website.

If you have difficulties with Email/SMS delivery, please contact our customer services department.

Q. I checked a webpage 3 minutes after the specified time and did not find any changes?
A. Our signals are updated within 5 minutes after the time specified for an update. Firstly we execute trades and then publish an information about what signals were updated. It takes some time. Anyway if you see no changes at **:05 - no signals were sent. Everything remains the same.

Q. I have just connected (or missed a signal's update), what should I do?
A. If you have missed a signal's update or have just connected to Signalator services and there is an open position you should enter the market only in case you are entering better then we did.

Example:

8 Apr 2009 10:00

Pound
Short at 1.4741
Open at 1.4741
Cover at
Stop Loss 1.4856
Take Profit 1.4541

Move SL/TP levels

If current market prices are above 1.4741 level you should sell GBP/USD and place both SL/TP levels.

In case market is lower than 10 pips from the opening price we do not recommend opening a new trade until the next update as you can probably receive a loss equal to the price difference between yours and ours opening.

Q. What currencies you trade and why?
A. Signalator Ltd offers only 2 Major currency pairs: EUR/USD and GBP/USD

We have chosen these currency pairs having in mind the following ideas:
- Volatile enough to make good profits within short period of time
- predictable enough for signals providing
- easy understandable calculation of profits and losses
- 3 major World currencies (GBP was the major reserve currency, USD is a reserve currency and EUR is going to step up)

Q. Why Signalator provides fixed updates time for its services?
A. We do not think market moves on time. We currently use fixed updates time only for purposes of execution. As you know when a new signal comes out you are ready to make a trade at that time. Our signals will never surprise you.

Why fixed update time is very important for making profits? When you are ready to make trades you can do that. You can plan your life in advance. Our signals are both profitable and executable.

Q. Where I can find your trade records?
A. You can check signals stats from the year 2000 including every trade open and close date and time, price and profit.

- Please refer to Signalator Forex Signals Performance Page for total statistics from 2000 and last 6 months of trading.
Please visit this page to read more.

Q. What does profit in pips mean? I need to know profit in USD and %.
A. All Signalator signals are traded with 1 lot.

USD Equivalent. Depending on your deposit size it can be either 1 Standard Forex Lot where 1 pip = USD10 or 1 Mini Forex Lot where 1 pip = USD1.

Profit in %. We use recommended deposit levels for trading our signals. To calculate % of profits, simply divide profit gained by the deposit amount.

Example. Pound signals gained +1,346 pips profit in April 2009. This signal has 2,284 pips as a recommended deposit amount. It means you need 2,284 pips (depending on your trading account it equals $2,284 for 1 minilot or $22,284 for 1 Standard Lot). Profit for trading = +$1,346 for 1 Minilot / $2,284 = +58%. For 1 Standard lot profit equals +$13,460 / $22,284 = 58%

To find out what level of profit you can expect please refer to Signals' statistics pages.
